teleFWD! is a Telegram automation tool that forwards your ad messages to hundreds of groups on a schedule. It uses your own Telegram account (not a bot token), so it operates as a normal user.

No. teleFWD! uses the Telegram MTProto API (via your API ID and API Hash from my.telegram.org) to work as a regular user account. No bot token is required.

Sending bulk messages always carries some risk. We recommend using intervals of 30+ seconds, targeting relevant groups, and keeping ad content compliant with Telegram's policies. We are not responsible for any account restrictions by Telegram.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period so your bot never stops. You can cancel anytime from Profile → Billing — your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Yes — Team plans include up to 5 sub-profiles, each with their own Telegram session, campaigns, ads, and groups. Ideal for agencies managing multiple clients.

We do not offer refunds in general, as subscriptions activate immediately. In the rare case where the bot is completely non-functional on our end and we cannot resolve it, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. Contact support with details.
